Promoting Sexual Health Throughout the World

The World Association for Sexual Health promotes sexual health throughout the world and lifespan by developing, promoting and supporting sexology and sexual rights.

WAS accomplished this by advocacy actions, networking, facilitating the exchange of information, ideas and experiences and advancing scientifically based sexuality research, sexuality education and clinical sexology, with a transdisciplinary approach.

Jade Lotus Tantra is the first tantric method to have conducted a scientific study on the health benefits of Tantra. Following is the basic statistics of the Study with a book soon to be published. The abstract was accepted into the World Congress and is a significant benchmark for Tantra throughout the World.

INTRODUCTION

Jade Lotus Tantra Massage Programme

A research study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the Jade Lotus Tantra programme. The 3 sessions program is outlined in www.tantramassage.com.au

The research was a questionnaire given at the end of the 3 sessions and was voluntary.

The research subjects were 73 men and 1 women.

DISCUSSION:

The results clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of the Jade Lotus technique.

Overall the evaluations were very high. Some self selection has occurred as those who would not complete the survey could also be less happy with the experience. The rating of the tantra goddess and the overall service need refinement to better understand the reasons why the service was rated so highly.

The lower improvement in sexual confidence can be attributed to a number of possible factors. Firstly many of the men were already very confident and were learning tantra to add to their self belief. Secondly as the tantra sessions are mostly educational more could be done to challenge the negative thinking of those lacking confidence.

The large increase in the ability to control ejaculation and erection problems were very high. With only three sessions the clients report an improvement in their sexual relationships.

Further research needs to focus on the more advanced levels of the Jade Lotus technique. Also the benefits of the Jade Lotus technique could be combined with the traditional talking sex therapies. A somatic or massage based therapy could substantially increase the effectiveness of the current talking therapies that rely heavily on cognitive changes.
