We have 2 Rooms on offer in South Yarra located on Toorak Road, South Yarra

near the corner of toorak road and chapel st. A Fantastic Spot for any professional.

SOUTH YARRA

Bathroom with shower available, kitchen to share, bar fridge and washing machine and dryer available also for therapists.

1st Room

is  4.5m x 4.5m : offered as furnished or unfurnished.

Carpeted. With massage table, CD player, Queen Size Futon matress, Couch. Two Windows. Is furnished like a temple room with lush fabrics on the walls etc.

it can be emptied out and be used as a healing room, counselling room, even a doctors clinic room. It ca be used as an office for a professional. We cannot have anyone living in this space. If you seek a space to live in.. look into our Yarraville Rooms. $250pw full time use. Between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Must be vacated after 9pm. The building locks after that. All inclusive except electricity which will be shared amongst all in the suite. Portable cooling in the room. No heating, will need own heater and electricity for this is shared.

2nd Room Option

3x3 Counselling room. Currently used by a hypnotherapist/transpersonal counsellor. Smaller room for counselling and healings, can fit a massage table. $150 a week.  

YARRAVILLE

Located on Ballarat Street, opposite the Sun Theatre.

These rooms can be used as therapy rooms or can be lived in as they are close to Victoria university and the train station. It is located on top of a cafe.

Room 1.

2.5m x 4m. Includes access to balcony. has inverter heating and cooling. can be used as an office, healing room, consulting room. Can have this room furnished or unfurnished.

$200pw.

Room 2

3.5 x 3.5m has heating and cooling. Built in shelves with door.

Can be used to live in, office, healing room etc.  $250pw.

There is a room upstairs with a small kitchen, shower, common joint shared space.

If the upstairs space is to be taken as a whole we would be happy to accept $400pw. for the space. Can be used as a 2br Unit. Fantastic location.
