We need FEMALE TANTRA MASSEUSES - Full Time and Part Time
who will be trained in the Jade Lotus Tantra Massage Technique.

Excellent Rate of Pay. Must have great work Ethics and have a genuine interest in Tantra and Tantric Therapies. We do not want to employ someone who is here for the the short term, we would like a practitioner to work with us for a very long time and for this to be a life long journey.
Full Time: Practitioners average $5K per month.
Part Time: Practitioners average $3K per month.
Full time with Master Classes: Practitioners Average $8K per month
Part Time with Master Classes: Practitioners average $5K per month
it is essential that the prospective employee is able to understand sacred sexuality and be able to teach this. Please dont expect this work to be for the faint hearted. It is ok to be from the adult industry or from an equivalent background however, please understand that this work is not a part of the adult industry and you will not be having sex with your clients,, you will probably make more money than in the adult industry but please do not confuse the two. So if you have an adult industry background, you need to forget what you know and learn a new method of approach from a sacred and spiritual view on sexuality.
If you are from a holistic background, that is fine, however, please understand that this is a structured program, and incorporating your understanding, however different to those taught, is not allowed. So you will need to leave that behind when you enter this workspace. As much as the holistic information and teachings are beneficial, this work at the institute is structured and needs to be according to the training given and not altered in any way due to the other perspectives that practitioners have.
You need to understand that you are entering into a Tantric space. You are working with sexuality and sexual energy as well as being able to teach this. You will be massaging, counselling, teaching, and guding clients into a more sacred space within their own sexuality. Anything you have known before, will not be the same again.
We are looking for practitioners with GREAT work ethics, punctuality and able to work in a team. This is a temple space, and other goddesses will be rostered on with you. You will need to be able to look after your work space, as well as get along with others.
You will be paid Per Client, however, you are also required to attend and be at the centre on days where it is quiet and be able to answer phones, and keep a log of your own clients. Administration skills are needed as well as communication skills.
PLEASE NOTE:
Level 3, entails a body to body massage which will require lots of body contact. There is body slides and beautiful energy flow.
- You will need to be comfortable within your own body, have a wonderful smile and know how to make clients feel comfortable and at ease within the studio/temple.
- You will need to be comfortable with nudity and beautiful bodies of all shapes and sizes. In level 1 and 2 you will be wearing an exotic costume or sarong.
- In sessions 3 this is a semi nude massage on the practitioners part wearing only underwear. You need to be comfortable with this.
- You are in control of each booking, and there will be clients that will test your patience, so patience is essential.
ROLE REVERSALS:
You will be massaged by the clients.
You will need to be comfortable with Touch. You should be past any issues you have with touch, and any problems associated with past issues should not be present in your work here. They will massage your entire body, and you will need to be comfortable in guiding them to do this.
You will recieve an excellent rate of pay and enter into a world wide phenomenon that is Jade Lotus Tantra.
- You will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement, as well as a training agreement.
- You will be required to attend all shifts allocated to you.
- Enter into a Goddess environment in which being a team player is essential.
- We understand that you will probably have no experience in Tantra, however having knowledge of the Chakras and breathing (pranayama) will be highly regarded, as well as experience in a healing or alternative therapy modality. Massage experience will be highly regarded.
- * Experience in holistic therapies, massage, bodywork and/or energy work.
- You will be asked to supply 2 photos to put onto the website to be able to assist with promoting you.
- Training is free.
- The agreements will prevent you from working within the tantra world without permission of the National Institute of Tantra. If you choose to work in tantra after your journey with us has ended, you will be required to pay a training fee.
