We need FEMALE TANTRA MASSEUSES - Full Time and Part Time
who will be trained in the Jade Lotus Tantra Massage Technique.
You will require good work ethics, an ABN number as these positions are sub contractor positions. A great manner, be friendly and able to work alone. You will be trained and will share the space with others. You are also someone who is passionate about sexuality, and want to teach and guide people to reach higher states of consciousness. We are not a massage parlour or a brothel, we are a temple space, wanting to teach people deeper levels of sensual and sexual consciousness. if you want to learn, and can committ to at least 2 full days a week, for at least 18 months, and more days as time progresses, then please apply for this position.

it is essential that the prospective person is able to understand sacred sexuality and be able to teach this.
You need to understand that you are entering into a Tantric space. You are working with sexuality and sexual energy as well as being able to teach this. You will be massaging, counselling, teaching, and guiding clients into a more sacred space within their own sexuality. Anything you have known before, will not be the same again.
We are looking for practitioners with GREAT work ethics, punctuality, honesty, strength, and able to work independently and within a team.
You will be paid Per Client and Administration skills are needed as well as communication skills.
PLEASE NOTE:
Level 3, entails a body to body massage which will require lots of body contact. There is body slides and beautiful energy flow.
- You will need to be comfortable within your own body, have a wonderful smile and know how to make clients feel comfortable and at ease within the studio/temple.
- You will need to be comfortable with nudity and beautiful bodies of all shapes and sizes. In level 1 and 2 you will be wearing an exotic costume or sarong.
- In sessions 3 this is a semi nude massage on the practitioners part wearing only underwear. You need to be comfortable with this.
- You are in control of each booking, and there will be clients that will test your patience, so patience is essential.
ROLE REVERSALS:
You will be massaged by the clients.
You will need to be comfortable with Touch. You should be past any issues you have with touch, and any problems associated with past issues should not be present in your work here. They will massage your entire body, and you will need to be comfortable in guiding them to do this. (this is not essential to do as the prospective practitioner can do sessions 1, 2 and 3 only if they want to)
You will recieve an excellent rate of pay and enter into a world wide phenomenon that is Jade Lotus Tantra.
- You will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement, as well as a training agreement.
- You will be required to attend all shifts that you set for yourself. (flexible hours)
- Enter into a Goddess environment in which being a team player is essential.
- We understand that you will probably have no experience in Tantra, however having knowledge of the Chakras and breathing (pranayama) will be highly regarded, as well as experience in a healing or alternative therapy modality. Massage experience will be highly regarded.
- * Experience in holistic therapies, massage, bodywork and/or energy work.
- You will be asked to supply 2 photos to put onto the website to be able to assist with promoting you.
- The agreements will prevent you from working within the tantra world without permission of the National Institute of Tantra. If you choose to work in tantra after your journey with us has ended, you will be required to pay a training fee.
