We are looking for a woman to buy in as a partner with us in our tantra temple in South Yarra, Melbourne. The load is quite high and the owner seeks to have the load lightened with a partnership or full take over of the business.

The owner is looking to move overseas in 2013 and looking to have the temple looked after by an independent thinking and management minded woman. We are also keen to look into selling the full ownership to a couple. We are not looking for single men to take over or go into partnership. The space is worked in with over 5 staff and all are women who prefer to work with another woman or couple only. Space in in South Yarra, you have rights to all of victoria with the use of the tantra program. The temple space holds 4 rooms, two rooms are rented out at a total of $1500 a month. Which leaves a total of $1000 for the rent to be paid. Two rooms work at around $500 a day on average after staff are paid. Generally more. It is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to work in the space as well as run it. Full Training is provided.
